Starting May 2008 we will be posting bulletins in the PDF file format. Sumatra PDF is a free open source program for viewing PDFs. It is recommended because of its small size (acrobat reader is a bit large and slow) and open source licensing. It can be found here. Otherwise, Adobe's Acrobat Reader is a free download from here.
